Derzeit ist ein grosses Bündnis verschiedener Stadteilinitiativen Berlins dabei, eine Mieter*innen-Demonstration vorzubereiten. Diese soll am 14. April, 2018 stattfinden. Vorbereitend sind davor unter dem Motto „Zusammensetzen“ von 4.-14. April Aktionstage geplant.
Im Rahmen dessen ist uns eine Solidarisierung mit den Initiativen – u.a. Bündnis Zwangsräumung Verhindern, Bizim-Kiez, Bündnis Solidarische Stadt, Kotti & Co, Gloreiche, Hände weg vom Wedding u.v.m. – von Seiten der Künstler*innen und deren Räumen ein Anliegen. Die Problematisierungen, die kritisch und aufschlussreich in unseren Häusern geführt werden, gehören intensiviert und auf die Strasse getragen.

Currently, a broad alliance of various urban initiatives in Berlin are preparing a Rent Demonstration for April 14, 2018. In the lead-up to the demonstration, a series of Days of Action are planned from April 4-14 under the banner „Zusammensetzen“ („coming together“).
In this context, we call for artists and their spaces to act in solidarity with the urban initiatives – including Bündnis Zwangsräumung Verhindern, Bizim-Kiez, Bündnis Solidarische Stadt, Kotti & Co, Gloreiche, Hände weg vom Wedding and many more. It is now time for us to intensify our discussions around gentrification – often already carried out critically and in detail in our own spaces – and to take them out onto the streets.
