When surrounded by examples of their works\, my eye tries to find a patch on which to pitch a tent within Goes’jaunty patchwork compositions. Then it glides across the elegant handmade minimalist visual groves and plowed bands of Kobe’s seductive painted paper expanses. As intrinsically different as their work is\, I know that they are always conscious of each other while doing their own thing.
