SUMMARY:Das Gute Leben
DESCRIPTION:Utopien für Auge\, Ohr\, Nase\, Geist\nWir laden ein in unseren Räumen zu einer Reise des Guten nachhaltigen Lebens mit Ansprache von Augen\, Händen\, Körper\, Ohren und Nase. Die Ausstellung folgt der Ausstellung “Transformation” und den vielen Kritiken\, die wir wiederholt am nicht nachhaltigen Leben der Gesellschaft übten. Sie zeigt eine Vision\, eine positive Utopie mit Objekt\, Bild\, Audio\, Installation und Video. \nAusstellung 5.5.- 16.6.2023\, freitags und dienstags 17-20 Uhr\, Veranstaltungen ab 19 Uhr \nWas bedeutet „Das Gute Leben“ in unserer heutigen Welt? Der Titel selbst enthält in sich schon\, dass wir auf der Suche nach etwas anderem sind. Daran schließen sich die Fragen an: Ist „Das Gute Leben“ eine imaginäre Utopie oder ist es eine realistische Möglichkeit? Reicht die Betrachtung dieses Begriffs alleine aus? Wie verhalten sich die Vorstellungen von einem „Guten Leben“ zu deren Umsetzungsversuchen? Ist „Das Gute Leben“ wirklich ein einziges „Gutes Leben“\noder sollten wir von einem guten Leben im Plural sprechen? Vielleicht sind dies die Fragen\, die mit unserem großen Bedürfnis\, in dieser Zeit der Turbulenzen und der existenziellen Ängste\, auf mehreren Ebenen zu resonieren. \n„Das Gute Leben“ ist eine Gruppenausstellung\, die auf sechs künstlerischen Positionen basiert: \nTom Albrecht\, Thomas Behling\, Lioba von den Driesch\,  Mariel Gottwick\, Stephan Groß\, Maria Korporal. \nIn dieser Ausstellung interpretiert jede*r Künstler*in den Begriff des „Guten Lebens“ aus einer anderen Perspektive. Unter Bezugnahme auf verschiedene Inhalte eines „Guten Lebens“\, die von Gefühlen bis zur Ökologie reichen\, schlagen die Künstler*innen gleichzeitig individuelle und kollektive Lösungen vor und hinterfragen diese. Mit anderen Worten: Sie stellen bestehende Trends und existierende Heilungsmethoden infrage\, gleichzeitig schlagen sie neue Wege der Wahrnehmung und des Umgangs mit Problemen der heutigen Welt vor. \nDurch ihre Multimedialität spricht die Ausstellung alle Sinne an. Wir freuen uns\, das Buch in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hirnkost-Verlag im Rahmen unserer Ausstellung präsentieren zu können. DESCRIPTION:In his installation Deepwater\, Thomas Sydow leads us into an underwater world of abstract scenery and naturalistic objects. \nThomas Sydow\, who began to create his own artistic universe as a self-taught artist 10 years ago\, has produced a wealth of naturalistic studies and unique pieces with incredible dedication and intensity. In the beginning was the fascination for the expressions in nature and landscape. Inspired by such multiple colors and shapes\, he developed his own painting technique (Sgraffito). In parallel\, three-dimensional objects made of clay and porcelain were created. \nOn numerous journeys he got to know the beauty of nature\, but also its fragility – for example in Australia the legendary Great Barrier Reef and the karstified\, multicolored landscape structures of the Australian outback. \nThomas Sydow lives and works in Belgium.

Building on a lifetime relationship between them\, LOVE TEST: Cruising for a Bruising stages the slippery dynamics of testing love\, attention-seeking\, and pushing past thresholds of social tolerance as potentially meaningful forms of connection\, actions to be treated without contempt: a comedy of errors rather than a tragedy of failures.  \nShort comic routines called ‘Lazzi\,’ which acted as performance units in Renaissance Commedia dell’Arte theatre to construct\, break into\, and unravel plots\, serve as a means to destabilise the roles we take on as friends\, lovers\, performers\, bosses\, and siblings\, as well as the power dynamics at play in these roles. As a love test\, this collaboratively developed piece puts a spotlight on the urge to act\, to control\, to make something happen. Stitching together film\, live performance\, and song\, LOVE TEST: Cruising for a Bruising is a variety show\, an ecstatic conversation\, a road trip\, a succession of interruptions\, charged with expectation.  \nThe event will also feature film footage by Laura Langer and filmed appearances by Arianna Calgaro\, Leslie Ewen\, Victor Jacono\, Maya Misfud\, Tori Sasso-Briggs\, Scarlett Stitt\, Katherine Ward\, and others.  \n___\nRosa Aiello is an artist\, filmmaker and writer based in Berlin. Her works\, at once intimate and alienating\, draw from films\, books\, online databases\, found objects\, and personal content to deal with the ambiguities of social and actual structures. \nDylan Aiello\, known to many as the PUMPKING\, is a London based actor whose practice proposes the Theatrical as a speculation into the transcendent in the Everyday. Drawing from various traditions\, such as Commedia dell’Arte\, his work approaches themes of creativity through grief\, pop stardom and embodied ritual. \nanorak is an artistic-curatorial collective\, an independent art space\, and a registered non-profit organisation in Berlin-Tempelhof. DESCRIPTION:Das OPENHAUS lädt dazu ein\, die vielfältigen Interessen der ZK/U – Residents zu erleben\, die sich in Sound\, Installationen\, Performances\, Video\, Recherche und Text widerspiegeln. Die Residents laden dazu ein\, in das Unbewusste und Ich-Sphären einzutauchen\, verbotene Gärten\, Wünsche und urbane grüne Infrastrukturen zu erforschen und Schlupflöcher im internationalen System der Nationalstaaten zu untersuchen. DESCRIPTION:a pictural installation by ANTOINE LORTIE \n27.05. bis 23.09. 2023\nMi-Sa\, 14-18 Uhr \nKolonie Wedding Weekend:\nSa 27.05. & So 28.05.\, 15-18h \nKünstlergespräch: 17.06. 15h \nAntoine Lortie hinterfragt die Rolle und Zukunft des Künstlers in einer Gesellschaft der virtuellen Interaktionen\, der Unterhaltung und der Überwachung\, der Privatisierung des Imaginären\, der Macht von Algorithmen und der Polarisierungen.\nIn einem Kontext\, in dem das zeitgenössische Kunstschaffen größtenteils von öffentlicher Förderung abhängt\, untersucht er die Fallstricke der ideologischen und normativen Vorschriften\, die den Ausschreibungen von Wettbewerben zugrunde liegen\, für die Entfaltung und die Verbreitung neuer Praktiken und unterstreicht die Notwendigkeit für jede neue Generation von Kunstschaffenden\, ihre eigenen Codes zu erfinden und neue Verträge zu fordern.\nFür seine erste Einzelausstellung in Europa lässt sich dieser postdigitale Künstler ganz selbstverständlich von seinen neuen Musen Basiops\, Princess Institutiona und Princess Politica sowie von seinem eigenen Avatar Agrophobe begleiten. Die Ausstellung bietet Gelegenheit zu beobachten\, wie er die treibende Kraft der grundsätzlichsten Diktate innerhalb der öffentlichen Finanzierungs-netze umleitet\, Dekolonialismus\, soziale Gerechtigkeit\, Klimaverantwortung (u.a.)\, um eine Maschinerie in Gang zu setzen\, die aus der Aneignung von Raumschiffen und Figuren\, die direkt aus japanischen Anime zu stammen scheinen\, aus 3D objets trouvés\, recycelten Environments aus Videospielen und virtuellen Realitäten besteht. Ein digitales Potpourri\, genährt von einem alchemistischen Humus aus Ablehnungsschreiben und konkreten Beispielen von Zensur\, dass sich auch in der Malerei und der Bildhauerei wiederfinden lässt. Zwei Gattungen\, mit deren Codes er ebenso geschickt und bevorzugt spielt wie mit Maus und Tastatur und die der Künstler nutzt\, um einen hybriden und transmateriellen kollektiven Alltag darzustellen\, der durch die zunehmende Durchdringung von virtuellen und physischen Welten gekennzeichnet ist.\nEin origineller Ansatz und ein mitreißender Vorschlag\, der von philosophischen Überlegungen zur Kybernetik und zum Posthumanismus sowie von einem starken Wunsch nach regem Austausch getragen wird\, der in einer Reihe von Diagrammen zum Ausdruck kommt\, die Wege in Richtung Freiheit\, Leichtigkeit und Futurität aufzeigen.
